The design
Topp answers one question: how much height from how few parts. A single spine laminated from 18 mm birch plywood carries the tower; the platforms sit on it with hidden wooden joints. No visible screws, no metal parts; the layered edge is the detail.
The offset of the platforms follows a cat’s natural climbing curve: each step diagonally opposite the last. The top platform, in a denser felt, is designed as a lookout.

Wipe with a damp cloth. The water-based protection can be renewed; one coat a year is enough. The sisal module can be replaced on its own.
