Distance sales agreement

This agreement is concluded under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The Turkish text is the binding version; this translation is provided for convenience.

1. Seller

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller's website.

3. Product and payment

The name, quantity, price, shipping cost and total amount including taxes appear in the order summary and confirmation email, and form an integral part of this agreement. All prices include 20% VAT.

4. Delivery

Pieces are made to order. The production and delivery window is stated on the product page and cannot exceed the statutory maximum of thirty days.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty, by notifying hello@mumm.com.tr in writing. Refunds are made within fourteen days of the notice reaching the seller. Return shipping is paid by the seller.

6. Exceptions to withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared to the buyer's personal specifications. Pieces personalised with your companion's name fall within this exception. Orders placed without personalisation carry the full right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty

Two years against material and joint defects. Normal wear, surface marks from scratching and sisal wear are excluded; sisal modules can be ordered separately and replaced.

8. Disputes

Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
