Returns and right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

How it works

1. Write to hello@mumm.com.tr with your order number, or use the withdrawal form below.
2. We send you a return label. Pack the piece in its original packaging, disassembled if possible.
3. The courier collects from your door. Once the piece reaches the workshop, the refund goes back the same way within 14 days.

Conditions

The piece must be undamaged beyond the handling needed to inspect it. Pieces made to a custom finish or size are excluded from withdrawal by law; this is stated on the product page before ordering.

Return shipping

On us within Türkiye. In the EU and elsewhere return shipping is the buyer's; we supply the label and deduct the cost from the refund.
