What is the furniture made of?
Baltic birch plywood, a water-based pet-safe finish and replaceable natural sisal. No metal parts. No particleboard, no veneer, no solvent smell.
Is it safe if my cat licks or chews it?
Yes. The finish is water-based and solvent-free. We publish the manufacturer's technical sheet on every product page.
How much weight does it hold?
Each product page lists a tested load capacity. Towers are rated for two adult cats at once.
Do I need tools?
No. Joints come together by hand in under 20 minutes and come apart for moving.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
Türkiye, the EU and most other countries. Delivery is included in Türkiye; EU shipping is €49, shown at checkout. Pieces ship 2–4 weeks after the batch closes; you receive a tracking link the day it leaves.
Can I return it?
Within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging, no questions asked.
What does "Notify me" do?
We store your address only to email you when that piece is ready. No newsletter unless you tick the box.
Can I have my companion's name on it?
Yes. Every piece can be personalised with your companion's name; it is a small gift from us. Up to 12 characters. Personalised pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law; this is stated before ordering.
Can I replace the sisal?
Yes. Sisal modules are sold separately and swap without tools.
