The design
Lys came from a question: instead of making cat furniture visible, what if it lived inside the furniture. The round top is 18 mm birch plywood; the body is two curved panels joined without fasteners.
The opening sits on the side so the den can face a wall rather than the room. A removable linen cushion lines the base.
